Status: 2018-06

1. General
The following conditions apply to training courses, seminars and courses which are offered and organized by Pregler, these are in addition to our terms of delivery. Other conditions are only binding for us if we have accepted them in writing.

2.Registration
Pregler organizes trainings, seminars, courses, … hereinafter referred to as “event”, for its customers for a fee. Your registration for our event becomes binding for both parties with the registration/order confirmation. Thereafter, the invoice is issued to the customer.

3. participation fee
The participation fee per person is indicated with the respective event description, this is to be paid plus the legal VAT. This fee includes the costs for the seminar, the seminar documents, the drinks during the breaks and the common lunch in our house. Not included are travel costs, accommodation costs and possibly further catering costs.

4. Cancellations
Sometimes cancellations, cancellations by the participant are necessary. Please understand that we proceed as follows:

Up to 15 calendar days before start: free of charge,
from 14 calendar days before start: 50% of the participation fee,
from 5 calendar days before start: 100% of the participation fee,
in case of no-show or cancellation by the participant: 100% of the participation fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing, the date of the postmark or the date we receive the email is valid.

5. Program
The course of the event is determined by the program, but we reserve the right to slightly modify the content as well as the distribution without changing the overall character of the event significantly.

6. Program changes
Pregler, the organizer reserves the right to change the program or cancel the event for urgent reasons. In this case you will be refunded the participation fee. Third party cancellation fees will not be refunded by us in such cases.

7. Documents
The documents issued by us are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced – not even in part – without our consent.
